Well that was easy!

Not that cooking corn on the cob is hard…

It’s just that cooking with the instant pot seems, well…easier…and less messy…is it just me or do you agree?

I know some of you have already mastered corn, but for those that haven’t tried it here are the very easy instructions.

Give it a go!

Instant Pot Corn on the Cob 


Add water and trivet to pot, then stack corn on trivet.



Lock on lid, pressure cook 3 minutes, then quick release and your corn is ready!


That’s it!

I did say it was easy…

Instant Pot Corn on the Cob

Course: Side Dish, vegetables

  • 1 Cup Cold Water
  • Trivet
  • Corn on the cob cleaned


  • Add cold water and trivet to the instant pot.
    Place corn on trivet, stacking if necessary. 
  • Lock on lid, turn pressure valve to sealing.
    Choose pressure cook and adjust timer to 3 minutes.
  • When time is up, quick release the pressure by carefully turning pressure valve to venting.
    Once all steam is released open lid and your corn is ready to enjoy.
