Chunky Chicken Soup in the Instant Pot

Thank you to Karen for sending me this soup recipe that she’s tried out and loved!
She said…(and I quote) “OMG this soup is perfection!”
I hope I get around to making it soon. It uses fresh ginger which is sure to give this soup an extra yummy flavour!
