Instant Pot Lemon Curd

Tonight I’m sharing a link to a recipe that was tested by my cousin Angela, with great results.

She’s had her pot for a year now and uses it a lot…so in my eyes that makes her an expert instapotter!

The recipe is from a site called AMY & JACKY @ pressurecookprecipes.com and they seem to have a lot of great sounding recipes on it, Take a look, their yogurt recipe is supposed to be very good, I really want to try making it soon. And when I do I will need to make this curd to stir into it!
