Easy Nutella Rum Balls
Who likes rum balls? Me!!! Especially the big, boozy ones they used to sell in bakeries years ago. But, honestly, I can’t remember the last time I saw them for sale anywhere. Where did they go? Baileys Irish Cream Caramel Flan (Instant Pot method)
Did you know that you can make a flan in the Instant Pot? Yes you can! I did it! And to get into the upcoming St Patrick’s day spirit I decided to make it with Baileys Irish Cream. The Best Lemon Crinkle Cookies
Happy boxing day friends☺️ This is not an instant pot recipe… And it’s not my own creation either. I might be addicted…they really are so good! For my work colleagues, these were the cookies that I brought in for the potluck. I got many requests for the recipe, so here you go! Happy baking😊 Here’s the link to the original recipe (which I followed to the letter, except that I omitted the yellow food coloring) LEMON CRINKLE COOKIES from Cooking…

Instant Pot Lemon Curd
Tonight I’m sharing a link to a recipe that was tested by my cousin Angela, with great results. She’s had her pot for a year now and uses it a lot…so in my eyes that makes her an expert instapotter! The recipe is from a site called AMY & JACKY @ pressurecookprecipes.com and they seem to have a lot of great sounding recipes on it, Take a look, their yogurt recipe is supposed to be very good, I really want to try making it soon. And when I do I will need to make this curd to stir into it! Check them out! Here’s the link to the recipe: https://www.pressurecookrecipes.com/instant-pot-lemon-curd/…
