Work days have been long and trying these last few weeks… The weather has not been kind to us! We’ve had to bear the brunt of  snow storms, freezing polar vortex temperatures, crazy strong winds, countless delays and many displaced and disgruntled customers….and sadly one of our collegues passed away while on shift. So last saturday’s potluck, to celebrate Chinese New Year and Valentines day was a most welcome distraction, that I dare say…we all desperately needed. I love potlucks!
