Can you make a good Italian meat sauce in the Instant Pot? It’s something I was very curious about trying… In my kitchen a good meat sauce needs to simmer on the stove for several hours, or even better all day. So it goes without saying that the idea of it being ready to serve in under an hour was very appaling, and yet very appealing.
