Chicken Marsala is a winner in the Instant Pot. Yes, this deliciously saucy Italian inspired dish is actually pretty easy to make the traditional way, on the stove top. So you might be wondering why I would bother preparing it in a pressure cooker. Well, the reason is simple, I love my Instant Pot!
