White Wine Sangria with Peaches, Mango + Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh peach slices
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries whole or sliced
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mango chunks
  • 1 750ml bottle dry white wine (like a Pinot Grigio)
  • 1/4 cup Cointreau (or other orange liqueur such as Grand Marnier) (can also sub with peach or pear schnapps)
  • some fresh mint sprigs for garnish
  • optional Prosecco, club soda or 7UP

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (except mint and optional prosecco) to a pitcher, give it a stir, cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • When ready to serve, fill 4 large glasses with ice, pour sangria with some of the fruit in each glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
  • If you need to stretch this to serve more people, or you want to add bubbles to your sangria, then top up your drinks with some Prosecco, club soda or 7UP
