Pistachio + Banana + Coconut Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4
cup
shelled pistachios

tbsp
unsweetened coconut flakes
1
tsp
cocoa nibs
1/3
cup
plain (or vanilla or coconut flavour) Greek yogurt
both diary and non dairy versions work well
1
tbsp
maple syrup
1
frozen banana
peeled and quartered
3/4
cup
coconut water
Instructions
Add pistachios, coconut and cocoa nibs to smoothie blender and pulse until it all turns to powder.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into glass, add a straw and enjoy.
Notes
*optional ingredients you can add to this smoothie are:
1 tsp ground flax seeds
a few fresh spinach leaves
