Ingredients
1 single serving containerplain or vanilla greek yogurtor dairy free yogurt
2/3cupany milk or milk substitute of your choice
2 tbspnatural peanut butter
3tsppure cocoa powder
1tsp ground flax
1tspcocoa nibsoptional but great addition
1frozenbananacut in chunks
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender cup, give it a few shakes to mix together.
Process in blender until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a glass, grab a straw and enjoy!
Notes
*you can use a fresh, well done banana of course, however a frozen banana gives smoothies a much better texture and has the added benefit of making it cold.*tip: if you have well done bananas sitting on your counter, peel them and cut them into 4 pieces, then freeze in a container and have them ready to use for your smoothiesÂ
