In a medium bowl mix all ingredients (except decorating sugar) together, until well combined, and form into a ball.
Using a small teaspoon, cut off small chunks of dough and roll between the palms of your clean hands, setting them aside on a plate. Repeat with remaining dough.
Add some sugar or sprinkles to a small plate.Roll balls in the sugar to coat, and place them on a tray or in individual mini cupcake liners.
