Strawberry Pina Colada Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2
frozen banana
5
frozen strawberries
10
frozen pineapple chunks
1/4
cup
unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3
cup
coconut Greek yogurt
(both non-dairy and dairy work)
3/4
cup
coconut water or coconut milk
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into a large glass and enjoy. ( or divide into 2 smaller glasses if you’re sharing)
Notes
*if you want to up the nutrition you can also add a tsp of ground flax or a tsp of chia seeds
